Terms of Service

AI Discoverability Audit is a self-serve website auditing tool. By submitting a URL or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The site runs automated audits of publicly reachable pages you point us to (within the product limits, such as the crawl page cap), stores results so your report link keeps working, and may offer optional features such as PDF access. It is operated in connection with discoverability. STUDIO but is not a substitute for scoped consulting unless you separately engage for that work.

You may use the tool only for lawful purposes and only for websites you are authorized to assess (for example your employer’s site, a client site where you have permission, or your own property). You must not misuse the service to harass third parties, overload infrastructure, probe systems you do not own or lack permission to test, or attempt to circumvent technical limits or security controls.

Reports, scores, and recommendations are generated from automated crawling and internal rules. They are provided for informational and prioritization purposes only. They are not professional advice tailored to your jurisdiction, security posture, or commercial strategy unless you separately obtain that advice from qualified advisors.

The audit does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, or inclusion or citation in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, or any other third-party AI or search product. Third-party systems change independently; results may vary and are not under our control.

Running a free audit or viewing a report does not by itself create a consulting, agency, or client relationship with discoverability. STUDIO. An engagement requires separate agreement, scope, and (where applicable) fees for professional services.

Implementation help, deeper audits, workshops, or retained advisory work may be offered by discoverability. STUDIO or partners through separate channels. Those services are governed by their own statements of work, contracts, or terms—not these Terms alone.

The site, report layout, branding, scoring methodology descriptions, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable right to use reports for your internal business purposes. You may not scrape, resell, or misrepresent the service as your own product.

Content we fetch from your site remains yours; we use it only to operate the audit and show you results within the product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, discoverability. STUDIO and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the free tool or reliance on automated outputs. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where mandatory law says otherwise.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising from the free self-serve tool in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us specifically for that tool in that period or (b) zero, if you only used free features.

The product may rely on hosting, databases, payments, analytics, or other infrastructure and vendors. Your use may also involve third-party sites you ask us to audit; we are not responsible for their availability, policies, or accuracy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires otherwise.
